At NLS, we embarked on a journey to integrate well-being into both personal lives and community structures. This exploration led to the development of the Wright Model of Applied Well-Being, a framework designed to deepen our understanding of how various aspects of wellness interconnect and influence our overall health.
Central to this model are the eight dimensions of well-being. By examining these dimensions, individuals can become more intentional in their personal well-being journeys, recognizing the interplay between different life areas and making informed choices to enhance their quality of life.
